Executive Peer Leadership Councils

The Executive Peer Leadership Councils will use an exclusive and strictly off-the-record setting in which two groups of HR decision-makers can discuss the circumstances of their wellness agendas — their challenges, solutions, programs and vendor relationships. The Councils will consist of two groups that meet a total of 14 times between October 2012 and August 2013. Participation in each group will be limited exclusively to Alliance members, who will determine the agenda and format of each meeting through planning committees. The Alliance will organize and facilitate each forum.

  • The Masters’ Forum will appeal to the highest-level HR decision-makers within member organizations. Participation will be limited to one executive per company. It will meet six times.
  • The Executive Forum will be open to up to four participants per member company. It will meet eight times.
