  1. Crescent Pose. Firms abdominal muscles, hips and thighs.
  2. Willow Pose. Firms side abdominal muscles.
  3. Rocking Boat Pose. Firms abdominal muscles and back.
  4. Hover Pose. Firms shoulders, arms, abdominal muscles and back.
  5. Chair Pose. Firms buttocks and thighs.

  1. I am only 26 and have been having awful neck and back pain. I used to be very altethic but have strayed away as I’ve gotten older. I have gone to the physical therapist and tried several things.   2. To find a system that works best for you, ask yourself what you enjoy most. If you love food, then maybe go on a diet does not work for you and instead prefer to lose weight by exercising and avoid foods that can be a reason for you to gain weight
